This course will give students 'hands-on' experience as well as a broad knowledge and understanding of the Hospitality industry. Over the two years, three units will be studied:
Unit 1: The Hospitality Industry
Unit 2: Hospitality and the Customer
Unit 3: Food and Beverage Preparation and Service
