Lucy McCaughan

Lucy McCaughan

Lucy McCaughan is from Ballycastle and is a former pupil of St Patrick’s and St Brigid’s. She really enjoys music and plays the piano for enjoyment. Lucy also loves drama and was a munchkin in our school production of The Wizard of Oz - the experience was even better than she could have imagined; the adrenaline was flowing when the show was being staged.

Lucy has since brought her dramatic skills to the world of debating. She describes debating as fun, a lot of work and research, but really exciting because you never know what the other team is going to come up with!

Lucy would like to be described as friendly and full of chat. In the future, she is keen to travel the world and experience living in a variety of places. Someday, she would like to study Law and use her talents for the betterment of other people.
